Who we are, what we build, and how the AI Franchise licensing programme works.
Gregory Cooke spent three years as a marketing director for eight and nine figure companies after closing a forty two person web agency. The work paid well and left no time. In late 2024 he built a small digital product in the thirty minutes a day he had spare, and it grew into a portfolio of AI powered product businesses.
The pattern that emerged was the interesting part. For most of the last century, owning a business that paid you daily meant running that business yourself. The only genuinely hands off options were slow ones. AI changed the operating requirement without changing the ownership, and very few people with careers have acted on it.
Cooke Media Ltd was set up to build those businesses at volume and license them to people who want to own one without becoming its operator. The programme is called AI Franchise. We cap each application period at ten partners, which is a limit on what our build team can deliver rather than a marketing device.
Our team produces the complete business and runs it against live traffic with our own ad spend. If it does not perform, we change the offer and rebuild it. Partners never receive an untested product.
The finished business is placed in the partner portal. The partner clones it, rebrands it and launches it under their own name. They own the asset.
Mentorship, technical support and group coaching continue through the licence term, alongside a new build every month.
